The engine trainer is designed based on the original electronically-controlled gasoline engine to simulate engine startup, speedup, slowdown and other actions with the aim of illustrating the structure and working principle of electronically-controlled gasoline engines.
The engine trainer applies to automobile engine and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.
Product Feature
1.Displays the basic principles and structures of electronically controlled gasoline engine, and simulates its operation.
2.The trainer can simulate normal engine operation, ie. starting, idling, acceleration, deceleration, fault detection and diagnosis, fault simulation, etc.
3.Equipped with fault setting module: manual fault set module or Intelligent fault module.(Android fault simulation systems can simulate multiple failures in the real engine.)
4.Equipped with voltmeter to show the real-time change of the sensors and actuators
5.Equipped with diagnosis seat which can use a scanner to read the fault codes and data flow of the engine control system through the diagnosis seat.Equipped with LED light to simulate the status of the injecting system and ignition system.
6.Equipped with pressure gauges to display the pressure value and vacuum pressure value.
7.The training panel is printed with the color circuit schematics which makes the students can understand and analyzing the engine control system directly.
8.The test terminals mounted on the training panel. electrical signal, such as the resistance, voltage, current, frequency, waveform of the sensors, actuators can be measured by multimeter and oscilloscope through the test terminals.
9.Equipped with power switch, tank guard, flywheel and other rotating parts shields to protect the students and teachers.
10.The base portion of the training panel is welded with steel structure. The panel cabinet is stamped and it is separable from the base. The bench surface has used the paint technology with a direction of self-locking casters device.
