Beifang Expands Market Opportunities in Africa

President Cao Zhenfeng of the Beifang Vocational Education Group (Beifang) met with Cameroon's Ambassador to China, Martin MPANA, at the Cameroon Embassy in Beijing on June 16, 2023. During the meeting, the two sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on new energy teacher training, online education, international exchange students, professional co-construction, and base co-construction. Chairman Cao Zhenfeng introduced the group's experience and achievements in the vocational education field to the ambassador, especially the outstanding performance of automotive technology in new energy, intelligence, hydrogen energy, and other fields. At the same time, he also explained the group's development vision and plan in the international education field.

Ambassador Martin MPANA highly praised Beifang's strength and achievements, believing that the Beifang Group has a deep accumulation of experience in the vocational education field, especially in automotive technology. He stated that the Cameroonian government has been committed to improving the country's vocational education level. He expressed Beifang’s current achievements are Cameroon's national dream for future development and hopes to cooperate more deeply with Beifang to promote the development of Cameroon's vocational education.

The two sides reached the following strategic agreements: Beifang will provide free professional training for Cameroon's vocational education teachers and students, helping them improve their vocational skills and teaching level. The two sides also reached the intention to carry out academic research together. Through academic exchanges and cooperative research, they will promote the development and innovation of Cameroon's vocational education, and promote the exchange and cooperation of vocational education between China and Africa. Cameroon's Ministry of Education will also introduce Beifang's advanced automotive training concepts to benefit local vocational education. Taking advantage of Cameroon's unique central geographic advantage, it will radiate vocational education in surrounding countries, introduce Beifang vocational education systems, including practical training equipment, courses, teaching materials, etc., to help Cameroon improve its vocational education level and become an important base for cultivating vocational talents.

This meeting marks another important breakthrough for the Beifang Group in the international education field and has built a new platform for educational cooperation between China and Africa.
