  Product introduction:

  The equipment is composed of hydrogen energy vehicle drive motor (anatomy), motor controller, DC/DC, cooling water tank, cooling water pipe (transparent acrylic tube), hydrogen storage bottle, etc. According to the vehicle principle layout, it is used to show the composition structure and working principle of hydrogen energy vehicles.

  The dynamic flow lamp simulates the control loops of coolant, hydrogen, and air, the current control loops between high-voltage modules, and the basic working principle of fuel cells. It can visually demonstrate the operation status of each system, and the combined driving structure of fuel cell and power battery. Passing the obscure knowledge in the course to students aims to assist classroom teaching, arouse students' interest in learning, let students feel the real scene, immerse students in the current practical training and improve learning efficiency.

  1. The bottom of the load-bearing part of the equipment is welded with high-quality steel pipes of ≥40mm×40mm×2mm, and the panel is made of 10mm acrylic plate, which is sturdy and beautiful.

  2. The main accessories of the equipment include; drive motor, motor controller, DC/DC, hydrogen fuel cell (simulation), hydrogen storage bottle, cooling water tank, cooling water pipe, etc.

  3. The acrylic tube is ≥2.0mm, cross-distributed, and the layout is reasonable. After working, the working status of the thermal management system can be visually observed.

  4. Fuel cell simulation function: It can dynamically simulate the control loop of hydrogen and air, and can simulate the conversion principle that the chemical energy of hydrogen and oxygen is directly converted into electrical energy through electrode reaction.

  Functional requirements:

  The training platform has the following functions:

  1. Structural cognition of fuel cells;

  3. Structural cognition of drive and control cooling system;

  4. Demonstration of the working principle of the fuel cell;
